AS Roma football club announced the launch of the limited edition home and second Away AS Roma Jersey this season to raise funds to help club Foundation Roma Cares cope with the COVID-19.





Novel coronavirus pneumonia is added to the two limited edition Jersey in the advertising position at the front of the table, adding the word "ASSIEME" (solidarity) written in Italian, calling on people to unite in front of the group to fight the COVID-19. In addition, the sleeve of the shirt also has the badge of Roma cares, the foundation of Roma football club. The two limited edition AS Roma jerseys have a total of 500 items on sale, including 350 for home court and 150 for second away court, each with an independent limited number. The novel coronavirus pneumonia is priced at 192.70 euros, which is derived from the year of the establishment of the Rome Football Club (1927). All Jersey sales revenue will be donated to Roma Cares to help those who need help in the COVID-19 outbreak.





"We launched the 'ask' campaign to send the message to the Roma fans that the team is still in close contact with them despite being unable to meet on the pitch," said Francesco Calvo, head of the Roma cares foundation. "With the money raised through the sale of the limited edition 'asieme' AS Roma jersey, Roma care has been in touch with the Lazio region and PROTEZIONE civil to understand how to make the most contribution as the situation develops.
