From 1979 to 1993, Adidas established a successful partnership with Boca Juniors club. Nike ended the relationship and has been a partner of the Argentina club for the past 23 years. Now, Adidas is back, everything is back to the original place, releasing the new Boca Juniors home and Away Jersey, and bringing better ventilation and sweat-wicking performance with the new aeroready technology on the New Jersey.
Boca Juniors new home jersey continues its traditional blue jersey with yellow stripes. The adidas winning three stripes on the shoulder add a classic flavor to the Jersey, and remind people of the style of the Jersey Maradona wore when he played in Boca Juniors in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
