The special edition Jersey was created by club partner PUMA and students from Manchester City University to show their support for Manchester Pride Festival and the club. The club badge on the chest of this limited edition Jersey is surrounded by Rainbow Stripes symbolizing the LGBT + group. The words "Proud" and rainbow patterns are added behind the Jersey to express the annual celebration of "Pride" in Manchester City.
The slogan "Proud Supporters" (proud supporters) surrounded by rainbow flags was added to the Manchester City Jersey sleeves to express the club's support for the LGBT + group.
