Atlas FC jerseys are available in white, red and green, which are the three main colors on the team's team logo. The jersey is based on white, with green fine vertical stripes on the front and a red design on the jersey shoulders and sleeves, in sharp contrast to the white color of the Atlas FC jersey. The jersey features a comfortable ribbed crew neck with the Atlas FC on the back collar.

The new Atlas FC jersey is made from vibrant green, which also comes from the team logo. The away jerseys are available in two different green combinations, with the main part of the jersey in bright green and the shoulders and sleeves in dark green. The V-neck design makes the whole jersey look simple and modern, with a bright green trim around the back of the collar and the club's Atlas FC lettering under the collar.

At the same time as the home and away Atlas FC jerseys, there is a new second away jersey. jersey Atlas 2018-19 in the new season uses two different shades of gray. The jersey is dominated by bright grey and the shoulders and sleeves are in dark grey. The jersey front adds dark lines from the pine cones and stigmas of the club emblem, which is a symbol of Atlas FC.
